    T1 large sycamore - Take the tree down after noticing a collection of what looked like mud where the trunk bifurcates about two feet from the ground. Probing with a stick I found a hole in the fork about a foot deep and quite wide filled with dark brown 'slurry'. If it should collapse it is large enough that there would be a significant risk of it hitting my house and, depending in which direction it went, there are three other properties it could hit.

    T1 Willow - Removal of approx 20ft from the right hand side (would be the top if it was standing vertically) to reduce the weight of the canopy leaving a remaining canopy of 50% of the current size and hopefully reducing the weight to stop the tree falling over. The tree is growing nearly horizontally and has slowly been leaning more every year with the new growth.
