    Tree WorksTrees
    In report

This application is for the removal of the trees listed as T1 and T2 on the site map. Both trees are Yew trees in relatively poor condition with little added value tucked away in a hedge line, very spindly and growing over the road a considerable amount. The new build at this property has a new garage being built that has already been approved and this will further obstruct the trees that are currently 80% growing into the neighbours garden and into the road. The neighbour has planted a new hedge row and turfed the front garden with the Yew trees hanging over the top both aspects of the landscaping are struggling and has made it clear he is also happy for the trees to be removed. If a reduction was carried out it would leave the trees looking very woody and unpleasant. The client who is building a new house with lots of large TPO trees in his garden would like to remove T1 and T2 and replant a mix of new trees across the front of the property that can be seen from the road and enjoyed by the local community for many years to come. Unlike the Yew trees that are currently tucked away in the corner and will be further hidden once the garage is built. If you are happy to remove the trees a list of trees from the local tree officer to be re planted would be much appreciated.
