Multi stem from the ground and had severe soft rot within the roots causing failure in the recent snow. Two of the limbs had fallen causing damage to fences and landing in the neighbouring garden. Stump retained to provide a habitat for wildlife. T2 Silver Birch (Betula pendula) - To be dismantled to ground 50mm above ground level or as low as the site allows. Located in a dense hedgerow of multiple species between the property in question and the neighbours. Tree leans and does not have the best of form and is leaning on the shed next to it. Replanting not recommend.
