The north west part of the grounds are in the Conservation Area. 1.Overgrown cypress 'hedge', or line of cypress trees, on the western boundary. Reduce top by approximately 50%, and trim back sides. 2.Yew tree adjacent to the southern wall of the garage. Prune back yew tree to give up to one metre clearance from garage. 3.Horse chestnut in the south western corner of the garden. Reduce a large limb which grows over the road by no more than 50% to prolong the life of the tree and make safe. 4.Trim back Monterey cypress trees which grow towards the house roof to give up to two metres clearance.
