- Aug 2014Tree WorksTreesIn report
The tree is a large, well established lime growing by the side of the garden wall at the front of the house. The tree is leaning dangerously and in a storm could fall and crash onto the roof of the house next door (no.31 Cottage Rd) causing danger to the lives of the occupiers. The tree is also causing the wall to buckle out wards and the danger is that the coping stone, or other stones in the wall could fall onto any neighbours or visitors using the pathway to the houses. The tree now overhangs the house at no. 29 and could cause severe damage to both building and residents.I intend to replace this low value lime with a specimen cherry tree of a more suitable size for this small garden.
