- Jun 2014Tree WorksTreesOutcome in report
Heavily leaning Mature Acacia tree located far end of rear garden in 1 Broomfield Road, overhanging boundary wall and garages and car parking area of "Royston Court" flats. Description of works- Fell tree to ground level/ Pollard tree to a height of 8 meters above ground level Reason- Having cast a climbing line into the crown of the tree to remove deadwood(stem Leaning stem over garages), it was clear there was too much movement in the canopy and through the trunk down to where the tree folks approximately 5 meters above ground level. The tree is heavily leaning over garages and showing signs of stress as large sections of deadwood are present throughout the canopy. Needs majority of weight removing from the crown as the the union where the tree folks is a potential risk to failure.
