    A silver birch (T1) (Betula pendula) has got quite tall and one sided and is catching the wind so the owner would like 2 metres taking off the top to reduce the risk of the tree falling and to minimise the risk of branches coming down in the wind. The tree is currently 8 metres tall and we seek permission to reduce it by 2m at its height to 6m, and to remove some of the overhanging branches to the South East to balance the shape better
