    Sycamore (T1) is a multi stemmed tree situated in the rear garden of the property. Also located in the garden is a telegraph pole with telephone wires serving The Mill House and neighbouring properties. The tree is positioned within approx 2 metres of the pole with branches growing around and through it interfering with the wires. On 23rd September 2020, BT engineers have attended the address where they have carried out repairs to the wires damaged by the branches of T1. The occupier reports that the BT engineer stated that he was not authorised to remove tree limbs other than to prune any branches to facilitate the repair to the telephone wires. The proposed works is for full removal or a reduction in height to give a minimum clearance of 2 metres between the tree and the wires.
