   Proposed works to a flowering cherry and a crab apple in the front garden of 6 Barnsdale Mews and to a leylandii cypress which overhangs the front garden of the same from the adjacent property known as the Red Cow Hotel. The trees are all within Donington Conservation Area. 1.Flowering Cherry, cut down and the roots to be killed, roots encroaching towards the walls of house. 2.Crab apple,as in 1.above. 3.Leylandii cypress,carry out selective reduction of branches to clear the roof of the garage, also selective reduction of branches overhanging the garden by no more than 2.0 metres (try to leave some greenery and not just bare branches). It has been noted that as this tree grows in size the adjacent boundary wall is showing cracks. 4.Pruning of overhanging small branches from shrubs growing in the adjacent property known as the Red Cow Hotel. (Please note that this is added in the description for completeness,as in this instance there is not a requirement to notify the Local Planning Authority regarding these proposed works).
