    T11- Sycamore, clear and cut to near ground level. Sycamore has a structural bark inclusion on main stem with a 60/40 crown device. Dwelling within target zone. Within the bark inclusion there is a bacterial infection increasing the risk of failure on main stem. Crown reduction and bracing is not a long term management plant due to overextending limbs and very little options for pruning points (BS3998), bracing would only reduce the risk however given the location next to structure this would still be unacceptable risk management. Good options to replant in domestic garden for future amenity value.
