This is a retrospective Application for work needed to be carried out on an Ash Tree (T1) - Fell because it was blown over in storm Ciara 09/02/20, blocking access to Public right of way, also blocking farmers only access to his land and damaged mine and neighbour's fence, contacted Bucks county council to report the tree on 10/02/20, tracking number given for issue 2002 48121, rang each day for an update until I emailed and received a call on 14/02/20 explaining it was my responsibility and its needs to be cleared as its blocking a public right of way. I then hired a local tree surgeon to clear the tree 15/02/20 after having the farmer and the neighbour pressuring me to get it cleared in a matter of days as the farmer needed access to his land and the neighbour who suffers from dementia and is elderly was concerned for further damage and safety, also members of the public where climbing through the tree to access the fields which I was also worried about safety. Happy to replant if necessary but will need your advice on this matter.
