Front Right Hand Side of Building T4059 - London Plane Fell as close to ground level as possible. Grind out stump to 200mm below ground level. The subject tree is growing in close proximity to the adjacent underground telecoms box. The rooting system has caused direct damage to the boxes structure and therefore requires removing and stump grinding in order that the utility company may undertake repairs. A replacement tree of the same species will be planted to replace the removed tree. The proposed works and tree planting will not reduce the amenity value of the area
