Insurers also flagged it as unsuitably close to property. Conifers 2,3,4 - Felling of group will allow for better form of walnut in adjacent garden, the walnut being more in keeping with the area. Evidence of structural limitations in all three due to conflicts with stone features and overly close shed + fence. Historic management of trees has created multi stem form which is imbalanced and has examples of bark inclusion at unions. Crown stress indicating lack of vitality caused by compaction on driveway. Conifer 5 - to fell - out of keeping with area, shading adjacent walnut, mixed broadleaf hedge and neighbour's field maple. Examples of bark inclusion at tight unions. Felling would allow for more light to adjacent trees hedging.
