    Outcome in report

Large Sycamore needs felling as a matter of urgency - we have consulted with a specialist tree consultant and with Mr George the Estate Tree consultant to the Dulwich Estate who have both advised that the tree is suffering from Sooty Bark disease and is dying. There are a number of dead branches which may fall. Since the tree overhangs a public road we wish to remove this risk as soon as possible. The tree is not subject to a TPO. The Dulwich Estate are in process of advising on a suitable replacement tree.
