Six birch trees in the garden are close to the boundary fence and have grown both up and over the boundary. The neighbour has concerns that the limbs over the fence, if broken, would damage his greenhouse and/or garage. As we are in the Boughton Conservation Area we are seeking permission to remove the limbs at the back of the trees that protrude over the boundary fence, while maintaining the height and overall shape of the trees.
