Works to trees which grow adjacent to the entrance to the private roadway known as Brewer's Court, Donington, which is within Donington Conservation Area. Horse chestnut on the western side of the road known as Brewer's Court in close proximity to the dwelling known as 1 Brewer's Court. Either selectively reduce the canopy by 20%, or remove the tree and replace with a further horsechestnut. The trunk of this tree was apparently partially sawn through many years ago, and certainly has a substantial cut in the trunk, although it's canopy appears vigorous. The long term stability of the tree is questionable. Leyland cypress trees in the garden of Holmfield house, Station Street, which overhang the western side of the entrance road to Brewer's Court. Selectively prune back branches to give no more than a maximum of 18 inch(45.7cm)clearance to the kerb edge of the road, taking care to still retain green foliage on the periphery of the branch structure without exposing the 'dead' inner core, to give clearance to the road and prevent long term damage to the trees.
