    Listed Building Consent - We propose a schedule of general maintenance to the entire external to the building. To gain access, we would be using a large wraparound scaffold to the entirety of the building, supplied professionally. Permits as required. 1.Replace guttering. It is currently black, but painted in grey and peeling. We wish to replace with new black pvc, including new pvc down pipes. To replace in cast would be far too expensive for us unfortunately, though this would of course be preference. 2. Replace any rot found in fascias and soffits. 3. Replace any rot found in windows. 4. Replace any broken glass in windows and given general 'overhaul'. 5. Replace the rear main access door for a 'like-for-like' new one. 6. Full re-decoration to the external using Dulux weather shield.
