One tree at the bottom of the garden that has began to rot at the base or the tree aswell as some of the branches overhanging the shed. As an owner of this property I am worried that this tree will fall over and damge my shed. I see this shed as a potential danger in my garden. So I might need to either chop the tree down or heavily prune it to make it safe in my garden. I am unsure of the species of tree but I belive it is a lilac tree. I was also planning on planting a fruit tree in my garden to replace this tree if I do fell the tree. The tree is also around 2.5m tall and is at the bottom of my garden. I belive this tree was self seeded. There is only two people who own land either side of the tree, number 46 and 36 on church street these two houses are adjoining to my house. I also believe that there is no number for the tree preservation order, dew to this tree being a fast growing species aswell as it being a self seeded tree. There are 3 trees on my property and I only plan to cut one of these trees because it has rotted at the bottom and has a threat of falling over, overtime.
