    Outcome in report

The work would be the removal of the crabapple tree to due the very close proximity to the boundary wall and to the house. The tree has caused many cracks in the wall and lifting of severalgarden stones. I am concerned over the house foundations being safe and the sewer than runs directly underneath may become blockaged as their roots are likely to get into them. .The tree is leaning into my neighbour's garden, it has more weight on one side than the other making it more susceptible to falling which could cause harm or damage if it were to fall. Dead branches snap and fall off frequently as it has been diagnosed with a fungal infection or a virus. There are often growths that I remove that resemble mushrooms which is a sign that the tree is infected and dying.I have been advise by a tree surgeon that it would be best to cut the tree down and replant a new sapling in a better location.
