Lawson Cyprus T7 and Leland Cyprus T8 for removal. Excessive shading for ours and neighbouring property, with T7 being within less than 20meters of the property. The neighbouring property have also complained about the impact of light to the rear of their house and patio area. The rest of the garden is being impacted to the lack of sunlight with the lawn being mainly moss suffering lack of light. We have explored reducing the trees, but this will reduce the amenity value of the trees, and the trees will become wider in time. We have a significant amount of trees within the property, which we would not replant, but use the space to plant small flowering shrubs and wild flowers.
The latest sale landed in the post-pandemic price surge — useful context when reading the figure.
