    The changes we would like to make are these: east elevation: flank to flank wall. We have permission to make a large window and relocate the door on the east elevation, but would like to move the door further along where it will correspond to the wider area of the hallway inside. We would also like to reduce the area of one of the first floor windows. cladding to rear extension. We have permission for a new extension, clad in timber and zinc, with a metal handrail and timber windows. There is little area of cladding because the extension is small and the windows are big, but the cladding is either under the steps or north facing. We are concerned that because it will be always in shade, timber will weather badly. We are therefore proposing that the areas of cladding are zinc, and the large windows and door remain timber. Is it possible to agree this as a minor material amendment?
