Our plan is to sympathetically modernise this flat within the grade 2 listed property. There is currently no historical character in the property after many renovations over the years. Our aim is to bring some of that character back whilst modernising the space for modern living. We wish to open up the kitchen by removing a non structural wall between the kitchen and bathroom to create a larger dining and cooking area. To do this we can relocate the bathroom to the small study which is not practical for a bedroom and is just used as storage
