We are working on behalf of the freeholder to modernise Flats 1 & 2 Byron Villas. They have been modernised over time and hold no historic character internally. Our proposal is to reconfigure the flats to relocate the bathrooms from their current position being in the dining room/kitchen into a more convenient area away from the kitchen and to replace the existing bathroom and kitchen. I estimate both were modernised in the last 30 years to not a very high standard. We want to bring some character back in, update the electrics and plumbing up to safety guidlines and decorate internally. In order to achieve this we would ideally like to remove the wall between the kitchen and bathroom to make this into a large kitchen and dining area and relocate the bathroom to the large unused space under the stairs.
