T5 Lime - Remove epicormic growth and crown thin by maximum 15%. T6 Sycamore - Remove epicormic growth and crown thin by maximum 15%. T7 Sycamore - Draw back branch ends to give 3 metre clearance of property. Crown thin by maximum 15%. T4 - T7 - The residents of the apartments facing these trees have lodged complaints with regards to the trees blocking light to their homes. the applicant would like to replant 3x Beech trees of standard size

T1 Sycamore - Remove to ground level. Tree is diseased. T2 Holly - Reduce from 10m to 5m. The holly is growing into the lower canopy of the nearby lime tree and the applicant wishes to reduce the height to be more in keeping with the surrounding shrubs. T3 Holly - Reduce from 8m to 6m. The holly has been reduced to this point previously and the applicant wishes to maintain the tree at this height for the sake of light to the driveway and also for his neighbour. The applicant would like to replant with one standard sized Beech tree to replace the diseased Sycamore.
