    We plan to install a new perimeter fence from the front of the house to the end of our garden, 3.8 meters from our house and existing fence. The new fence will incorporate a side gate at the front. The existing fence will be removed. We currently have no exterior access to our garden from the driveway and we would also like to store our recycling bins within our boundary as we have had problems with them being blowing over and being stolen. As amended on 18/09/2020 and on 02/11/2020.
