The subject trees require pruning as specified in order to raise ambient light levels to the front garden area, as the current screening effect from the highway afforded by the tree group, is causing an unnecessary level of anxiety to the property owners. Left Hand Side of Drive T4 - Cedar. Reduce and reshape by removal of up to 2 metres in crown width and height to shape and balance, remove deadwood and crown lift to give clearance over garage. The subject tree requires pruning as specified, in order to maintain the tree at a size appropriate to its location. The specified works will not reduce the amenity value of the tree and will allow sustainable tree management in the long term.
