Loxhill, Godalming, GU8 4BL

Loxhill, Godalming is a locality within the market town and civil parish of Godalming in southwest Surrey, England. Godalming lies around 30 miles (49 km) southwest of central London and is part of the Borough of Waverley. The civil parish covers 3.74 square miles (9.7 km²) and includes settlements such as Farncombe, Binscombe and Aaron's Hill. The area is built on the strata of the Lower Greensand Group, and Bargate stone was quarried locally until the Second World War. The locality is near the confluence of the Rivers Wey and Ock, which form part of the town’s natural setting.
