    We would like to apply to remove two of our tree's that sit by our garage, our aim is to tidy the front area of the garden which very clearly requires some attention. The first is a small conifer, which is very brown, uneven and looking very sorry. The second is a Laburnum which we believe to be poisonous; this concerns us greatly as we have three children ages 5yrs, 3yrs and 10 months. The Laburnum is growing up at the back of the garage, it has raised the ground and is causing damage and damp, repairs are needed however not possible with the tree there. The Laburnum has lost a couple of branches which have snapped off, appearing to show some rot at the bottom near the base of some of the branches (not all). Conifer :Approximately 150mm at 1.5metres.Laburnum: Approximately 155mm/160 at 1.5metres.
