Tree located in back garden beside garage and shed. 1x Hawthorn (T1 on the plan + photos) fell and remove 1x Ash (T2 on the plan + photos) fell and remove Both are self-seeded and low amenity value. We would like to fell them for the following 3 reasons: 1) Proximity to our garage. The main trunk of the Ash tree is approximately 130cm from the garage leans and overhangs the roof. Please see photographs and plans. 2) Proximity to rear boundary wall and fence. Both tree trunks are approximately 20cm from the rear boundary wall which is topped by our rear boundary fence. 3) Trees have caused damage to the rear boundary wall in at least three places including cracking dislodgement of brickwork and are displacing the wall outwards. Neighbours also have concerns that in particular the Ash trees main trunk overhangs their parking space and garage at the rear of the property.
