Pyracantha - is to be pruned removing all oversailing branches by 1.6m between 25 Ainsworth Street and 27 Ainsworth Street. Oversaling branches to Cotoneaster between 25 Ainsworth Street and land to the north of 25 Ainsworth Street are also to be lightly trimmed back to the boundary by 1m. Three new semi mature trees are to be planted to the rear of the garden to 25 Ainsworth Street - 2 x Betula utilis Jacquemontii - 3.5-4.0m - Multi stem and 1 x Wisteria sinensis - 20-25cm - Half stem.
