    Leaning tree- Red line pointing Sweet Chestnut - needs reduction by 3-5 metres, removal of dead branches and pruning. It is leaning onto the house exactly like the tree that feel last week. Photo with red line attached It is in the communal area of Hillpoint estate and all residents agree for the above work to be done. Oak tree -Red circle Has good amount of dead wood on the top so will need removal of the dead wood which would reduce it by 3-4 meters and pruning.
