I have a large fir tree in my garden which I have been told is dying and should be felled. If the tree fell it would be a danger to the adjoining highway. I have a blanket TPO order affecting my property which is also situated in a conservation area. It is proposed that the tree would be felled and chopped up in my front garden. I have planted many new trees in my garden and have no proposals to plant a replacement tree. I want to fell the tree as soon as possible and I look forward to receiving consent to proceed. Thank you
