    REAR GARDEN scope: Fell and remove Acer pseudoplatanus (T1), located to the rear 27a Eynham road. T1 is a semi mature, multi stem sycamore overgrowing the residents property and neighboring gardens. The tree has out grown its surroundings considerably and is beyond reasonable pruning. Although the resident hasn't attained proof, its reasonable to assume T1 is, and could cause considerable damage to the house through subsidence. We've recommended removal due to the afore mentioned reasons.
