To remove a small bay tree by an old fence in order to restore the garden and create new planting. A previous application was granted for an identical tree Application no 16/01589/CAN. In making that application we did not realise there were actually two small trees ( two stumps) not one and that we would need permission for both. We spoke with the tree officer Mr Guy Stevens last Friday and he said to mention his name and that he would try to handle this application quickly on our behalf. The photograph attached shows the tree for which permission has already been granted and the tree we are seeking permission for.
