    The tree is the only one in our garden which backs onto Broadlands Road. On the sketch plan it is numbered T1. The tree is about 40 feet high and situated close to the boundary fence with 28 Grange Road which also backs onto Broadlands Road. We planted it around 28 years ago. We are not certain but we think the species is Columnar Conifer. It is no longer healthy so we want to have it removed before it causes damage to our own property or any neighbouring properties or any nearby pedestrians or vehicles.
