Within an area of land at the back of our house are a line of twenty four horse Cheshunt trees. The horse chestnut trees are planted too close together and as a result a number of trees have not flourished. When the tree officer attended in 2022, he advised that they need thinning out. I have identified 11 small tress that need to be removed and felled to the ground.
We have recently bought a parcel of land at the back of our house and one of the trees needs cutting down immediately, as it is dangerous. The tree is leaning and the root ball is out of the ground at the back of the tree. Most of the tree is dead, apart from a few shoots at the top. A tree officer recently came to look at my previous request for removal of 5 poplar trees and he recommended asking for removal as dangerous. He thought it could be a willow, but it is hard to tell as most of it is dead. I have attached a photo and plan of it's location
