Height reduction by 6m and width reduction by 3.5m so tree height from approx 18m to 12m and width from approx 9.5m to 6m, particularly at the bottom close to the side of 1 Ashley Park Road. Remove lower branches close to side roof and boiler flue / extractor fan vents and air conditioning unit vents on 1 Ashley Park Roaad. Reasons for works: This tree takes up a significant amount of light from the background all year round because of it's height and width and proximity to 1 Ashley Park Road as well as its branches covering much of the side of the house at 1 Ashley Park Road, including the boiler flues, extractor fan vent and air conditioning units. Despite not requesting the tree to be felled, we have planted several wildlife hedges and trees in the garden already.
