    T1:Oak - Reduce in length by approximately 2-3 metres the lateral limbs to the West, reduce in length by approximately 2-3 metres the over extended lateral limbs back into the crown line on the East, South and West portions of the crown leaving a retained branch length of approximately 4-5 metres, raise the crown to approximately 5-6 metres. The above works are to establish a more uniform and balanced crown, gain a clearance of approximately 2 metre clearance from the front aspect of the property.T2: Sycamore - Reduce in height by approximately 3-4 metres the 3-4 vertical stems back into the crown line leaving a retained height of approximately of approximately 12-13 metres. Reduce in length by approximately 3 metres the bottom 2/3's of the crown tapering reductions in to the upper crown leaving a retained branch length of approximately 4-5 metres and raise the crown to approximately 4-5 metres. Remove dead central stem. The above works are to establish a more uniform and compact crown in an effort to maintain the tree in a safe condition for as long as possible due to excessive die back within the top of the crown and the tree showing signs of clear decline.
