Blackmoor is a village in Hampshire, England, located in the East Hampshire district. It lies about 1.5 miles (2.5 km) southwest of Bordon, just west of the A325 road, and is part of the parish of Selborne. The parish, together with nearby Oakhanger, covers an area of 7,915 acres (3,203 ha). The nearest railway station is 3.4 miles (5.4 km) south of the village, at Liss. Blackmoor was formerly served by the Oakhanger Halt railway station on the Longmoor Military Railway until its closure. The setting is rural, with the surrounding area characterised by agricultural land and low‑density housing. Residents benefit from the quiet village atmosphere while having access to nearby transport links and the amenities of larger towns such as Bordon and Liss.
