    1 Cypress - Tree is within 2 metres of the house and approximately 12 metres tall. There is cracking of the floor inside the house to the room immediately adjacent to the tree and also to the neighbours wall. The tree is also immediately adjacent to a heating oil tank. I would like to remove the tree in two phases. Reduction by 5 metres this year 2016 and then complete removal to ground level at the end of autumn 2017.
