    Tree WorksTrees
    In report

Beech Tree. To remove the tree of the following reasons: The tree is large and grows approximately. 6m from the boundary to neighbours on both sides (west and east). The tree is sited approx. 5m from the boundary of No 3 Gorrell Cl on the north side. plus an additional 6m approx to the rear of the property at No 3 Gorrell Close. 1. I have received several complaints from neighbour at 3 Gorrell Close citing that the tree blocks out all sunlight to the rear of No 3 property over the summer months whilst the tree is in leaf and deprives the garden and recreational area of the same. 2. tree canopy prevents plants and lawn area from thriving or even growing in the rear garden of No 3. 3. tree canopy prevents the recreation area/garden from drying out and the garden is permanently wet. 4. concern that the roots are becoming visible and the tree has a shallow root system leading to concerns regarding risk of tree uprooting and collapse in high westerly winds which could cause significant damage to several properties/life. 5. further to the above, the tree is developing a lean to one side and supports the concerns regarding possible collapse during bad weather.
