The Tree is relatively close to the property being only 14 foot form the rear of 46. Although previous attempts have been made to raise the crown with many of the lower branches removed it is now causing excessive shading to both 46& 44. This tree is only 18 Years old and is already completely out os scale with the surrounding gardens. As Eucalyptus is a non-native species and because of its propensity for SBD (Sudden Branch Drop) I propose felling & stump removal
