Planning history
- Mar 2025Tree WorksTreesIn report
T1- Macrocarpa. Cupressus macrocarpa T1 is in the garden of number 1 Danby heights close. it is a multi stem tree with the main bowl about 1m from ground, over time this has filled with water and leaf litter causing a constant wet point with rot. this has created weak points in the tree as it has matured. Over the past few years large primary limbs have failed landing in the garden of 1 Danby heights close, and the neighbours. these are busy gardens and could cause damage to the boundary wall or the rear of the property number 1 Danby heights close. it could also injure or kill people using either gardens if another primary branch fails. this tree has previously been given permission to dismantle to ground level however this application has now expired. I would like to dismantle T1 to ground level and re-plant with a Monteray Pine. this is because the other trees on this boundary are monteray pines.
