Reduce the lower lateral branch on the northeastern limb in contact with the overhead telephone wire to give a clear distance of 0.5m. Remove epicormic shoots on the main stem. Remove 3 no. dead branches on the northern side of the crown overhanging neighbouring garden; 2 no. branches at a height of approximately 8m and 1 no. branch at a height of approximately 12m. (Inspect cavities and old tear-out wounds on limbs to ascertain the extent of any decayed wood.
