The extension will be a more traditional conservatory-style extension with warm roof. We are looking to have two Velux windows in the roof, bi-folding doors (three panel) to the rear and dwarf wall and glazing to the side elevation. As per the previous application, we will also be looking to include a shallow letterbox window in the side return and will block up the back door that currently steps out into the side return relating to Planning Permission 18/01356/FUL (Amended 20/02955/AMP)
