Great Chishill is a village and former civil parish, now part of the parish of Great and Little Chishill, in the South Cambridgeshire district of Cambridgeshire, England. The village lies roughly one mile east of the Hertfordshire county boundary and about four miles east of Royston. In 1961 the parish had a population of 293, and the 2011 Census recorded Great and Little Chishill’s population as 678. The locality is situated in a rural setting, offering a small‑community atmosphere within reach of nearby towns and the county boundary.
