There are three pieces of work for which I am seeking permission: .1. We have four dead Ash trees at the edge of our property along the boundary with Heydon Lane. As some of these overhangs the verge and road I want to remove them for safety reasons .2. There is a large Weeping Willow also in the same area with branches overhanging the road which we would like to trim.
