Reason: tree in decline, extensive root decay, replace with Betula utilis jacquemontii (himalayan birch)(200-250cm) in suitable location in middle of the green. Reason: severe lean over the road, safety concern due to signs of honey fungus on stump of earlier failed birch of original group of 3 birch, replace with Prunus shirotae (Mount Fuji cherry)(175-200cm).
