Longest laterals are almost touching 1 Church Way, low branches cause a hazard to outbuildings and a large crack has appeared in the wall separating 1 Church Way from the neighbouring property.Proposed work reduce substantially to around 15 feet in height to manage as a pollard.Sycamore low branches are obstructing the patio area directly beneath the tree and may soon obstruct the adjacent road. A telephone line runs through the crown and there is potential for damage to the line.Proposed work reduce back to provide clearance to telephone line. Minor crown lift to remove obstruction to patio and road. 20 percent thin to allow more light through onto patio area below.
