Cedar at the front of the property. On lawned area and spanning over front drive. Would like crown thinning to allow light onto my lawn as it is shady. 30% crown thinning. Crown lifting of branches to allow light onto lawn and keep branches well away from the telephone lines. To reduce the height by 6 meters in line with the height of the house, because cones and needles are blown onto our house/ into gutters/into rear garden/onto rear kitchen lantern. The gutters at higher level cannot be reached to be cleared out of cones/needles, hence blocking drains! Width of cedar to be reduced enough so that the branches do not overhang onto the cars and drive. Strong winds result in needle cones and branches to fall onto passersby , our cars and anyone on our drive. We are afraid to park cars/walk under the tree on the drive currently. Want to reduce it to make it safer as well as manageable.
